Chessic Consulting was created by Chanel N. Willis, to provide thoughtful, strategic career guidance for individuals who are ready to move with more clarity. It was because of her own personal experience of applying for positions that she knew she as qualified for but kept getting passed over. She received guidance and knowledge on how to align her resume as well as interviewing skills, that she finally got the position she was seeking.
Now, with a background in human resources, recruitment, training, and workforce readiness, Chessic helps people translate their experience into stronger resumes, interviews, and career opportunities.
